- Job Description:
- : Regular Activities
- - Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
- - Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to Customers
- - Easily recognizes system deficiencies, and implement effective solutions
- - Assist to prepare yearly budget for IT Solution team
- - Prepare/update the job description of the team member
- - Regular flow up at project implementation
- - Distribute responsibilities among technical support team members
- Team Lead and development Activities
- - Leads internal teams
- - Ensures IT Solution team members are contributing to company’s standards
- - Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- - Encourages more junior Innovators to take responsibility for their development within the company
- Product/OEM Management
- - Regular contact with OEM, ensure early engagement to get preference for selected tender/projects
- - Work with the marketing team, customers, senior managers, sales and keep watch on the wider market, including competitors
- - Regular contact with customers and give products update
- - Help solution team to select right products for tender/proposal submission
- - Collect price from OEM and provide to Solution team
- Tender/RFP Handling
- - Ensuring the successful participation in tender/RFP
- - Consulting with technical and sales teams regarding client requirements and solutions.
- - Verify the Proposed Offer along with Supervisor
- Preparing Solution
- - Adapting solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support
- - Coordinates closely with internal resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
- - Recommending solutions that optimize value for the customer
- - Coordinate account manager for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales team to potential risks of deal closure.
- - Verify the Proposed Solution along with OEM
- Requirements:
- • Minimum bachelor's degree in EEE/ ETE from any reputed university.
- Other Qualifications • CCNA (Routing & Switching/ Security/ Voice/Wireless)/ CCDA and CCNP (Routing & Switching/ Security/ Voice/Wireless).
- • Cisco, Juniper & any other vendor Certification is added advantage
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience as per the Job description
- Additional Job Requirements:
- • Strong operating and implementation experience in more than one of the following areas of specialization:
- • Unified Communications
- • Collaboration technologies
- • Datacenter
- • Virtualization, Wireless
- • Borderless Network.
- • Planning, designing, implementing, and operating enterprise infrastructure for client projects.
- • Competitive product Post-Sales with Integration experience is required.
- • Understanding and conversant about the company, competitors, technologies, solutions, product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- • Ability to participate as a team member and assume a leadership role for the Post-Sales team.
- • Provide collaboration with Sales Team to create winning strategies.
- • Work in a heavily matrixes environment, and act as integrated team member.
- Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 40,000 to 50,000
