Position: System Engineer (NOC)

Organization: Imam Network Ltd. 

Educational Qualification: (BSc) in CSE, EEE or Telecommunication

Certification/Ongoing: CCNA (Preferable)

Additional Requirements: 

 Age should be 22+ minimum.

 Adaptability with roaster based shift work with team.

 Basic understanding of optical fiber testing, and test instruments.

 Good IP networking knowledge.

 Able to manage the field operation team.

 Strong communication skills

 Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities & Context

 Monitoring: 24/7 monitoring of ICX switching systems, servers, and IP network infrastructure

 Incident response: Responding to incidents immediately whether mailing or manually.

 System troubleshooting: Triaging, alerting, and troubleshooting applications with IP based system.

 Root cause analysis: Identifying recurring problems and working with the team to identify the root cause

 Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly traffic and performance reports

 Software distribution: Built in software adaptability and use them efficiently

 Coordination with affiliated networks: Coordinating with affiliated networks
