- Salary: ৳130,000 - ৳180,000 /month (depending on expertise)
- Technical Lead with 6+ years of experience in software development to join our growing Engineering team!
- Responsibilities:
- • Design and develop modular, reusable, scalable, and highly functioning production-grade software.
- • Lead the developers together with the product manager in AGILE methodology.
- • Coordinating with the software development team in addressing technical debt.
- • Develop, and maintain agile SCRUMs on time in a collaborative environment.
- • Understanding project requirements and developing a detailed structure.
- • Work both autonomously and collaboratively to complete tasks.
- • Checking and updating systems and software on a regular basis.
- • Diagnose issues in production and devise solutions for them.
- • Strong ownership of projects from inception to production.
- • Implementing best practices and coding standards.
- Requirements:
- • Proven working experience with Python, Node.js, and ReactJS
- • Hands-on expertise in REST, ExpressJs, WebSocket, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
- • Strong Django experience across multiple projects w/ a core emphasis on DRF, Celery.
- • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- • Having 2 (at least) years of experience as a tech lead and strong experience coordinating projects with both front-end and back-end engineers.
- • Having 3 years of experience working on a project for a foreign client.
- • Clear understanding of OOP, Agile Methodology, and DevOps.
- • Experience in creating large-scale databases in MSSQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- • User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
- • Working experience in any Responsive design framework like Bootstrap, and Material Design.
- • Strong TDD discipline and experience with Python Unit Test and other key testing frameworks.
- • Must have experience working on Agile/Scrum teams, and strong JIRA and sprint management capabilities.
- • Must be a passionate, self-driven, resourceful, and creative problem solver with a can-do attitude.
- • Hands-on working experience with Docker, CI/CD, and AWS services.
- • Understanding of application security.
- • Excellent verbal communication skills.
- • Attention to detail.
- Educational:
- A bachelor`s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Applied Science/ Mathematics or
- equivalent degree from any reputed local or foreign university.
