- Position: Technical Recruitment Specialist

- Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with client/ hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting top technical talents.
- Prepare appropriate job advertisement as per role profile and sourcing strategy
- Identify and evaluate talent as per role profile
- Proactive talent mapping for the frequently hired roles
- Lead/ support various HR/ consulting projects and ensure timely delivery
- Research and identify new business development opportunities - including new markets,
- growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services to strengthen the business
- Foster and develop relationships with existing and new clients
- Design and implement social media strategy aligned with the business strategy
- Understand the needs of clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan to ensure
- best-in-class HR services with the relevant internal team's alignment
- Requirements:
- Business graduates with a major in HR and/or MIS
- 6-12 months of relevant experience is preferred
- Sound knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
- Experience in content writing will be given preference
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
