- Position: Technology Graduate Trainee

- This is a fixed term contractual role, and the incumbent will be offered a practical experiential learning environment of top-notch global technology initiatives and gain knowledge on web applications or system developments as well as business analyst and testing roles.
- Key Responsibilities
- * Analyze complex software features, and build effective automation test strategies and script design
- * Work with full stack developer team and contribute to technology solutions support
- * Understand application development and solution architecture and work as a Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, or Tester in large scale projects/solutions
- * Partner with stakeholders to get buy-in on development, and implement data management standards, policies, and best practices
- * Tests, integrates, and maintains technology services, considering cross-functional business needs and Organization goals
- * Develop and implement practical strategies, plans, and solutions to identified issues and problems
- * Actively solicit stakeholder feedback on solutions and drive improvements as needed
- * Share regular updates with senior-level stakeholders regarding proposed solutions, timelines, progress, and issues
- Academic Qualification
- - B.Sc in Computer Science/Information Technology from EWU with scholastic academic record
- - Basic knowledge in coding, using Java / .NET / Angular JS/React JS/NodeJS, HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL etc.
- - Sound knowledge of Business Analysis/System Analysis/Technical Writing
- - Positive thinker, proactive, analytical, and responsible
- - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- - Ready to learn and take challenges
- - Self-motivated energetic person
- Compensation Range: BDT 50K-70K, 1 year fixed term (depending on skills and capabilities)
