- Job Position: Tele Sales Officer
- Organization: Power Ride Services Ltd. (Aamartaka)
- 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- • Manage large amounts of incoming & outgoing calls.
- • Handle customer queries & complains instantly.
- • Application forms review.
- • General observation and pending document list identified.
- • Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential clients.
- • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail.
- • Greet customers warmly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- • Must able to work by shifting & willingly work in Govt. holidays.
- 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- • Graduate / Masters from any Reputed University
- • Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- • Should have the ability to work under pressure.
