Requirements

● Male/Female ● Bachelor degree in any discipline from a reputed university ● Strong communication skills – clear, concise, and persuasive speaking abilities as well as effective writing skills ● Interpersonal Skills – ability to establish and maintain strong relationship and networking skill in expanding contacts ● Teamwork – working effectively with colleagues in sales, marketing & other departments ● Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret sales data, market research and consumer behavior insights ● Persuasion and negotiation skill ● Punctual and good in time management – effectively planning and prioritizing sales activities and appointments ● Effective problem solving skill ● Quick adaptation to new products, technologies and changes in healthcare landscape ● Strong customer service skills as well as upholding ethical standards and building trust with clients ● Willingness and desire to develop career in sales |

Responsibilities
|
|
● Conduct sales call and visit to retailers, wholesalers, institutions, pharmacy shops, outlets to meet primary & secondary sales target. Building and maintaining strong relationship with key stakeholders ● Managing distributors and sub-distributors in assigned territory. Having clear understanding of primary and secondary sales ● POSM Execution ● Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities ● Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to supervisor ● Ensure & strict adherence to SFKPIs ● Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, their benefits, usage, etc ● Stay updated on new products and developments within the company and the industry ● Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements of the country |
