Position: Trainee Quality Officer, Rolling Mill

Buildtrade Foils Limited  is dedicated for the production of Alu- Alu foil of various thicknesses

for the users of pharma, cigarette & other convertible industries for Export markets. The company will have the latest technology-oriented production facilities with total annual production capacity of 20,000 MT based on weighted average thickness. It would be engaged in converting apart of its foils into House Foils & Semi Rigid Trays for the local as well as export market. BFL shall acquire latest technology-based plant and equipment to produce alu-foil products of various thicknesses. The plant will be supplied by the widely reputed manufacturer

“ACHENBACH BUSCHHUTTEN” Germany and other European brands.

• Job Description (Quality)

  Follow Quality Strategy and Ensure Goals through site specific projects and targets

  Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities

  Investigate customer complaints & non-conformance issues and implement appropriate corrective actions

  Ensures Quality team has level of required skills and knowledge as appropriate to support Site Quality Programs

  Ensures Quality Management System is implemented locally to assure Customer Safety and Overall Quality of the Final Product being manufactured

  Ensure site compliance with all local regulatory requirements related to customer safety and product quality

  Ensure all on-site Quality laboratories operate in accordance with good laboratory practices

  Implement program for product micron control monitoring and on-going verification to ensure regulatory compliance and reliability of label micron / weight declarations

  Maintain system to securely record and preserve required test results, audit findings and other data and information in alignment with internal and external requirements

Additional Requirements

• Candidate have to work in the factory site.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills.
