Application for Graduation
20^th Convocation 2021

The 20th Convocation 2021 is going to be held virtually within four weeks.

Students who have completed all the requirements for their degree are requested to apply for graduation by 16 May 2021. 

Process of application is given below:

1) Student will make Graduation application through email to the Controller (convo2021@ewubd.edu) mentioning following information:

i) Name:
ii) Student ID No.:
iii) Father’s name:
iv) Mother’s name:
v) Contact address with mobile no.:

2) The following documents to be attached:

i) The payment receipt of TK. 5000/- (Five thousand only)
ii) A copy of recent color passport size photographs in formal dress.
iii) Course completions check list (For the students of the Department of CSE, EEE, and ECE).
iv) A copy of the Main Certificate of Bachelor’s Degree (For the students of Masters Programs only)  

DETAILS FOR PAYMENT 

The payment has to be deposited either to the nominated bank or through ROCKET. Receipt for payment for bank deposit is available in EWU web. https://www.ewubd.edu/payment-procedure]
