New Schedule for Online Advising of Courses for Spring Semester 2020 
Undergraduate Programs

It has been observed that due to network congestion (slow of network due to overuse simultaneously) during Online Advising of courses for Spring Semester 2020 of EWU, many students of Undergraduate Programs could not take courses on time. Only those students of Undergraduate Programs who could not take courses on time or could not take required courses, schedule of Online Advising of courses for them for Spring Semester 2020 has been extended for two more days through online using the link: http://portal.ewubd.edu as per the schedule mentioned below:

Students are strongly recommended to complete their advising during the above schedule. Those who are not in respective schedule or slots are advised not to login to the portal because it makes the system slower and as consequence system may block those ID numbers attempting to access into the system. Students who somehow missed the above schedule or failed to take courses using the Online Advising System may contact the respective advisor from 03-05 December 2019 from 09:00 a.m to 05:00 p.m. Similarly for any technical problem in using the system students may contact ICS from 03-05 December 2019 from 09:00 a.m to 05:00 p.m. There will be very limited lab facility for Online Course Advising on 01 and 02 December 2019 in Room # 559 (from 05:00 p.m to 09:00 p.m.), Room # 450 (from 06:30 p.m to 09:00 p.m.), Room # 529, 530, 533, 534, 637 and 638 (from 07:00 p.m to 09:00 p.m.), Room # 630 (from 06:15 p.m to 09:00 p.m.).

With the kind approval of the Vice Chancellor this is for information and necessary action by all concerned.
