Notice for Online Graduation Application
26th Convocation 2027

Graduation application for 26th Convocation 2027 is going on. Students who will complete all the requirements for their degree by Spring 2026 are requested to apply for graduation THROUGH ONLINE from EWU Student Portal (https://portal.ewubd.edu) from May 07  to June 15, 2026.

Please follow the user manual provided on the portal before you apply.

Steps to Apply for Convocation:

Step-1 -> Complete the 1st part of the convocation application. 

Step-2 -> * Pay the fee and upload the proof of payment, then submit it as the 2nd part of the application. 

[* The payment slip is available in “My Account Ledger” on the portal.]

 Students are required to attach:

  1. A copy of recent color passport size photographs in formal dress. (240 X 300 pixel)
  2. A copy of money receipt for payment of Graduation Application Fee if applicable.
  3. Course completion check list (For the students of the Department of MPS, CSE, and EEE)
  4. A copy of the Main Certificate of bachelor’s degree (For the Applicants of Masters Programs only)


Points to be noted:

  1. Graduation Application must be submitted online only.
  2. Graduation Application Fee is Tk. 5000/- (Five Thousand only)
  3. All the applications will be forwarded to the respective Dept. Offices for reviewing degrees and to the Registrar’s Office, Library and Accounts section for necessary clearances. The Office of the Controller of Examinations will also verify the grades of all completed courses and CGPA.
