Online Application for Graduation
23^rd Convocation 2024

Students who have completed all the requirements for their degree by Spring 2023 are requested to apply for graduation THROUGH ONLINE from EWU Student Portal (https://portal.ewubd.edu) from 5th July 2023 to 20th July 2023. 

Students are required to attach:

Points to be noted:

1. From 5^th July 2023, Graduation Application must be submitted online only.
2. Graduation Application Fee is Tk. 5000/- (Five Thousand only)
3. All the applications will be forwarded to the respective Dept. Offices for reviewing degrees and to the Registrar’s Office, Library and Accounts section for necessary clearances. Office of the Controller of Examinations will also verify the grades of all completed courses and CGPA.
4. The process of the applications will be completed within 10 (Ten) working days from the application date.
