Online Application for Graduation
25th Convocation 2026

The Students who have completed all the requirements for their respective degrees

The Students who are going to complete all the requirements for their respective degrees by Fall 2025 are requested to apply for graduation THROUGH ONLINE from EWU Student Portal https://portal.ewubd.edu) by 7^th October 2025. Please note that this is the last date of application for the 25^th Convocation 2026.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE USER MANUAL GIVEN AT THE PORTAL BEFORE APPLY.

Students are required to attach:

Points to be noted:

1. Graduation Application must be submitted online only.
   
2. Graduation Application Fee is Tk. 5000/- (Five Thousand only)
3. All the applications will be forwarded to the respective Dept. Offices for reviewing degrees and to the Registrar’s Office, Library and Accounts section for necessary clearances. The Office of the Controller of Examinations will also verify the grades of all completed courses and CGPA.

• NB. The applicants who will meet all the requirements for graduation on the date of the result publication of Fall Semester 2025 will be eligible to earn their degrees in this Convocation.
