Notice for Online Graduation Application

26^th Convocation 2027

The Students who have completed all the requirements for their respective degrees and ­and Students who are expected to complete all the requirements for their respective degrees in Fall 2026 are requested to apply for graduation. THROUGH ONLINE from EWU Student Portal (https://portal.ewubd.edu) from 4th to 14th October 2026.

Please note that this is the last date of application for the 26^th Convocation 2027.

Please follow the user manual provided on the portal before you apply.      

Steps to Apply for Convocation: 

Step-1 ® Complete the 1^st part of the convocation application.                                                                                                  

Step-2 ® * Pay the fee and upload the proof of payment, then submit it as the 2^nd part of the application.

                         [* The payment slip is available in “My Account Ledger” on the portal.]

Students are required to attach:

1. A copy of recent color passport size photographs in formal dress. (240 X 300 pixel)
   
2. A copy of money receipt for payment of Graduation Application Fee of Tk. 5000/- if applicable.
3. Course completion check list (For the students of the Department of MDS, CSE, and EEE)
4. A copy of the Main Certificate of bachelor’s degree (For the Applicants of Master's Programs only)

NB. The applicants who will meet all the requirements for graduation on the date of the result publication of Fall Semester 2026 will be eligible to earn their degrees in this Convocation.
