EWU Inaugurated Its New ‘Manzur Elahi’ Auditorium

East West University (EWU) inaugurated its newly constructed international standard auditorium titled ‘Manzur Elahi’ auditorium on Tuesday 31 January 2023 at EWU Campus, Aftabnagar, Dhaka. The auditorium was inaugurated by Professor Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin, Chief Adviser, and founder Vice Chancellor of EWU. Syed Manzur Elahi, Chairperson, Board of Trustees, EWU along with H. N. Ashequr Rahman MP, Member, Board of Trustees, EWU, Nowshad Shamsul Arefin, Member, Board of Trustees, EWU, Mansoor Mumin, Member, Board of Trustees, EWU, Professor Dr. M. M. Shahidul Hassan, Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. M. Ziaulhaq Mamun, Pro Vice Chancellor, Air Cdre (Retd) Ishfaq Ilahi Choudhury, Treasurer,
A K M Maniruzzaman, Chief Engineer, Registrar, Faculty Members, Officials, Students and other dignitaries were present at the inauguration ceremony. A prayer was also offered on the occasion.
The auditorium has more than 500 comfortable seats, ultramodern audio and visual system, a central air conditioning system, an automatic fire alarm system, CCTV control and a multimedia control room etc. The university authority expects that students of EWU will be more pleased with this international standard auditorium.
