EWU Sociology Club Successfully Organizes 'Hazaro Konthe Shadhinota' Event

In celebration of the great Independence Day, the East West University (EWU) Sociology Club organized a special art and poetry competition titled 'Hazaro Konthe Shadhinota' on March 25, 2025.
Through this competition, participants had the opportunity to express their love for Bangladesh and highlight the historical significance of March 26 through their artwork and poetry.
On the morning of March 25, an exhibition of the competition's artwork and poetry was held in the university's Wi-Fi zone. The exhibition of the participants' paintings and literary works was open to all. Then, at 12 noon, a collective national anthem singing event was organized, where hundreds of students and guests joined to sing the national anthem.
Professor Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of East West University, Professor Dr. M. Ashik Mosaddik, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Air Commodore (Retd.) Ishfaq Ilahi Choudhury, Treasurer, Faculty Members, Officers, and Students of EWU participated in this event. Distinguished guests are highly praised for this creative initiative.
