EWU Won the Best Poster Award

A team from the Department of Pharmacy, East West University (EWU) received the best poster award in a Scientific Poster presentation on the following topic at the 5th Young Scientist Congress organized by the Bangladesh Academy of Sciences.
The topic was "Evaluation of hypoglycemic and antihyperlipidemic effects of crude methanol extract and its ethyl acetate fraction of Terminalia bellirica fruits in fructose-induced Type 2 diabetes Mice" presented by Dr. Mst. Rejina Afrin, Rabeya Akter Laboni, Sultana Razia, Dr. Chowdhury Faiz Hossain, and Dr. Mir Imam Ibne Wahed. Professor Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin, Chief Adviser and founder Vice Chancellor of EWU congratulated this award-winning scientists team. The competition was held on 25 -27 November 2022 at the National Science and Technology Complex, Agargaon, Dhaka.
