IEEE Authorship & Xplore Training Session 2024 at Dr. S. R. Lasker Library, East West University

IEEE Authorship & Xplore Training Session was arranged at Dr. S. R. Lasker Library, East West University on 27 May 2024 with the expert of IEEE Xplore database service providers. Dr. Mohammad Ashik Mosaddik, Pro-Vice Chancellor, East West University graced the session as the Chief guest, whereas Mr. Ranbir Sedhey, IEEE Client Service Manager was the Guest Speaker.
The session was arranged to increase awareness and optimize the use of the resources to enhance the quality of education and research.
It also covered an in-depth look at the IEEE Xplore digital library, helpful features to maximize the research experience, the institution's research output with IEEE and ways to write a quality technical paper with IEEE.
Dr. Mohammad Ashik Mosaddik, Pro-Vice Chancellor, East West University praised and thanked the IEEE and session organizers to arrange such kind of sessions where the faculty members, students and researchers may learn on how to publish a quality research article or conference paper. He also mentioned that this type of research session will also create a research environment and the current aim of the East West University is to create such environments and that will also help and encourage to do more research for the betterment of university, Society as well as for the whole nation.
Here is to be mentioned that the session was arranged aiming for the department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). Faculty members and students from above mentioned department were present there.
