Student of the Department of Social Relations Presented Poster in an Intenational Conference

Student of the Population and Public Health Science (PPHS) from the Department of Social Relations, EWU presented posters at the 9th International Public Health Conference (Hybrid), 2023. The conference was organized by the Public Health Foundation Bangladesh (PHFBD) and took place on 17 – 18 November 2023 at the Bangladesh Medical Research Council Auditorium, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Sarika Kifayat Islam, Sajidul Haque, and Sabrina Shamshul under the supervision of Md Rezwan Siddiqui, Senior Lecturer, Department of Social Relations presented poster on “Connection between daily commutes and stress among students”. Sabiha Binta Siraj under the supervision of Professor Dr Md Mobarak Hossain Khan, Chairperson, DSR presented poster on “Self-reported loneliness among university students in Bangladesh: prevalence, determinants and public health strategies.” Both of their contributions were praised by the conference organizers and participants.
