East West University Welcomes Freshers in Summer Semester

The orientation programs of the newly admitted students for Summer Semester 2019 were held in different academic departments of East West University (EWU) at the EWU campus, Aftabnagar, Dhaka on 02 May 2019. Nearly 1000 students have been admitted to graduate and undergraduate programs in 14 different departments this semester.
All departments of EWU arranged individual programs for their newly admitted students. The objectives of the programs included welcoming new students and introducing them to the university’s facilities, faculty members, the academic system and the rules and regulations of the institution.
Those programs were attended by among others, Syed Manzur Elahi, Chairperson of Board of Trustees, EWU, Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin, Chief Adviser and founder Vice-Chancellor of EWU, Professor Dr. M.M. Shahidul Hassan, Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Fakrul Alam, Pro-Vice Chancellor, A. Z. M. Shafiqul Alam, Treasurer, and the Deans of the University.
