EWU organized a condolence meeting and ‘Doa Mahfil’ to mourn the sad demise of Razia Samad

East West University (EWU) arranged a condolence meeting and ‘Doa Mahfil’ in order to the sad demise of Mrs. Razia Samad, Founder and Member of Board of Trustees (BoT), EWU. The program was held on 24 November 2019 on the courtyard, EWU Campus, Aftabnagar, Dhaka.
The program was followed by ‘Doa Mahfil’ where special prayers were offered for the departed soul. The Chairperson of BoT, Chief Adviser of EWU, Members of the BoT, Vice Chancellor, Treasurer, Deans, Chairpersons of the different department, Registrar (Acting), Faculty members, Officers, Staff, and students of the university and some family members and friends of Late Razia Samad’s were present of the event. Marhum Razia Samad was breathing her last on 13 November 2019. She died at the age of 72 years. She was laid to rest at ‘Banani’ graveyard.
