EWU Students Commended for Traffic Management Efforts

East West University (EWU) takes immense pride in acknowledging the exemplary civic responsibility displayed by its students who voluntarily undertook traffic management at the Aftabnagar and Rampura Bridge areas for the past three days. This commendable initiative reflects the university’s commitment to fostering responsible and engaged citizens.
In recognition of their selfless service, Professor Shams Rahman, the Vice Chancellor, along with Professor Dr. M. Ashik Mosaddik, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Air Cdre (Retd) Ishfaq Ilahi Choudhury, Treasurer, Deans, Registrar, Proctor, Chairperson of various academic Departments, Faculty Members of the university visited the students on-site to express gratitude and provide them with light refreshments. This gesture is a token of appreciation for their invaluable contribution to the community.
EWU believes that education extends beyond the classroom and encompasses the development of well-rounded individuals who actively participate in societal betterment. The student’s actions have not only eased traffic congestion but have also set a remarkable example for others to follow.
