Workshop on “Pspice Simulation for Engineering Students” organized by EWU Electronics Club
Nov 06, 2022
On 13 October 2022 and 14 October 2022, EWU Electronics Club organized a workshop on “PSpice Simulation for Engineering Students”. It was about an electronic circuit simulation tool which calculates complex node voltages and branch currents at each frequency across different circuit designs and allows to place probes and generate waveform plots for further analysis. It can also perform DC sweep, AC sweep, and Transient analysis.
The workshop was held from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The workshop was conducted by M Saddam Hossain Khan, Senior Lecturer of the CSE Department and also the Moderator of the East West University Electronics Club. He shared his knowledge regarding Pspice simulation and showcase all the functions of this tool with our future engineers. The participants learned many things from him. Overall, the event was succeeded as the goal behind the workshop was achieved.
In the workshop around 70 participants were present, and the workshop was held in the VLSI lab. Among the participants, there were students from the EEE Department and CSE Department as the application of this tool is high in this sector of engineering. The workshop was highly interactive and informative. The participants tried their best to build a clear idea regarding this tool and its applications from the instructor.
